Last week our Year 5 pupils had the opportunity to teach some fantastic playground games to their younger peers in Year 1! The yard was transformed into a hub of fun as Year 5 set up separate stations featuring a range of exciting playground games.
Year 5 children took on the role of leaders, showcasing their amazing leadership skills as they explained and directed the Year 1 pupils in each game. Rose in Year 1 shared: “It was amazing when Year 5 taught us some playground games. I loved shark attack because it was very energetic, and we had to dash all over the place!”
