His responsibilities include leading assessment and mathematics throughout the school. In his role as assessment lead, he manages a team of teachers and teaching assistants and accurately tracks, monitors and advises on the achievement and progress of all pupils.
Philip says: "In my role as governor, I hope that I can not only support and work with staff at all levels, but also expand my own knowledge and understanding as to how children can best learn and achieve at Browney Academy."
