Our Year 3 children had a fantastic day learning about Prehistoric Britain!
The children became little archaeologists and worked together to investigate some items from the Stone Age. They used their skills to discuss what they thought the items were and who might use them. After lunch, the children worked in teams to assemble a skeleton and learned how bones taught archaeologists about people from the past.
They finished off the day bymaking pots with clay as they did in the Neolithic and Bronze Age times. Everyone had a great day!
